Shipping policy
All on-hand orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 working days after payment confirmation.
We ship internationally and shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Aceapparel is not liable for any loss or damage to goods that occurs during transit. Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, all risk is transferred to the customer. In case of loss or damage during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance during checkout for added protection. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, and Aceapparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Some items may be restricted for shipping to certain regions due to regulations, and if this applies to your order, we will notify you promptly. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package or process a return.
